By accessing or using MyOBot's chatbot platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Description of Services

MyOBot provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables businesses to:

  • Create and manage chatbots

  • Automate customer conversations
  • Analyze conversation data and engagement metrics
  • Manage multiple communication channels

User Accounts

Account Creation

You must create an account to use our Services. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Services.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious content

Anti-Spam Policy

MyOBot is designed for legitimate business communication and customer service automation.

Our platform helps businesses respond to customer inquiries and provide support, NOT to send unsolicited messages or spam.

Prohibited Spam Activities

You are strictly prohibited from using MyOBot to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages to users who have not consented
  • Use our platform for mass marketing campaigns to non-consented recipients
  • Send messages to users who have not initiated contact with your business
  • Send promotional or marketing messages without explicit user opt-in
  • Violate any messaging platform's anti-spam policies (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LINE, Telegram, etc.)
  • Engage in automated messaging that doesn't serve a legitimate customer service purpose
  • Use deceptive practices to obtain user contact information
  • Continue messaging users who have requested to stop receiving messages
  • Harvest or scrape user data for unsolicited messaging

Legitimate Uses of MyOBot

MyOBot should be used for:

  • ✅ Responding to customer-initiated inquiries and questions
  • ✅ Providing customer support and assistance
  • ✅ Answering frequently asked questions
  • ✅ Processing orders and transactions initiated by customers
  • ✅ Sending transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, etc.)
  • ✅ Automating legitimate business communications with explicit customer consent
  • ✅ Follow-up messages related to ongoing customer service interactions

User Consent Requirements

All messaging through MyOBot must comply with these consent requirements:

  • Users must initiate the conversation or explicitly opt-in to receive messages
  • You must provide a clear way for users to opt-out or stop receiving messages
  • You must honor opt-out requests immediately
  • You must maintain records of user consent
  • Marketing messages require separate explicit consent from customer service messages

Enforcement

Violation of this Anti-Spam Policy may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account
  • Removal of access to messaging platform integrations
  • Reporting to relevant messaging platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Legal action if required by law

Third-Party Platform Compliance

When using integrations with third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LINE, Telegram, etc.), you agree to:

  • Comply with each platform's Terms of Service and policies
  • Obtain necessary permissions and consents from users
  • Respect user privacy and data protection requirements
  • Follow platform-specific guidelines for messaging and automation

Subscription and Payment

Pricing and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

MyOBot and its Services, including software, designs, logos, and content, are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our Services (chatbot configurations, conversation data, etc.). You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide our Services.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Specific uptime percentages (except as specified in paid plans)
  • Compatibility with all third-party platforms
  • That the Services will meet all your requirements

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYOBOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MyOBot harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services:

  • If you violate these Terms
  • For non-payment of fees
  • If required by law
  • At our discretion with reasonable notice

Changes to Terms
