Google User Data Usage and Data Segregation

We access Google user data through OAuth authentication only for core app functionality:

Google Sign-In (profile, email scopes)

• Purpose: User authentication and account creation only
• Data collected: Email address, name, and Google profile ID
• Usage: To maintain your MyOBot account and enable sign-in
• Storage: Encrypted in our secure database

Google Drive (drive.file scope)

• Purpose: To import user-selected documents into chatbot knowledge base
• Data accessed: Only files you explicitly select via Google Picker for your chatbot
• Usage: Selected documents are processed and stored for chatbot training and responses
• Storage: Document content is securely stored and vectorized for chatbot knowledge retrieval

What We DO NOT Do with Google User Data

Revoking Access: You can revoke MyOBot's access to your Google account at any time through Google Account Settings. All OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely.
